This is not an ordinary scenario.

While riding along a cycle path, our client was involved in an accident with a passenger who had just disembarked from a bus that had pulled over to let them off. Our client didn’t want to sue the passenger, who was an older lady. He was however able to pursue the bus company as their employee should not have stopped where he did to allow the lady off the bus. The collision had resulted in injuries to our client. Our efforts were successful, and we were able to secure a favourable outcome for our client.
